Job summary

Camen Behavioral Services in Central Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support in-home, school-based, and clinic services across Orlando, Kissimmee, Deland, Davenport and surrounding counties. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field required.
• Current and active BCBA certification required.
• Experience providing ABA therapy in home, clinic, or school settings recommended.
• Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills required.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and analyze behavior data across home, clinic, and school environments.
• Develop and oversee individualized BIPs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide training, supervision, and support to RBTs, families, and school staff.
• Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA.
