Job summary

Little Scholars Services in Tustin, CA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy programs and provide clinical oversight for children and families.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train staff, and ensure data-driven progress while maintaining BACB ethics and compliance in a collaborative environment that values growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or similar assessments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities.
• Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and BT staff.
• Track client progress through data analysis and adjust goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct parent training sessions to support generalization of skills.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics.

• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
• Track client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Conduct parent training sessions to support generalization of skills across home and community settings
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
• Proficiency in conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar assessments
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
• Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
