Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in St. Louis is seeking a BCBA to work fully in-person with clients and families across the area. The schedule is built around the clinician, with full-time or part-time options and a Monday–Friday core from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus flexible start and finish times.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, train families, and monitor progress with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Must hold current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work with families, technicians, and partners in person.
• Reliable transportation for travel to client locations across the St. Louis area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - St. Louis: This is a fully in-person role working directly with clients and families across the St. Louis area. We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, and we build the schedule around the clinician. A Schedule That Actually Flexes

Full-time is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with real flexibility on start and finish times. Part-time hours are built around your availability. If you are carrying another caseload, finishing supervision hours, or working around family commitments, tell us what you need and we will work with it. Flexibility here is a standing commitment, not a perk we mention once and forget.

What You'll Do
