Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Kansas City is seeking a BCBA for a fully in-person role across the Kansas City metro. We offer flexible full-time or part-time arrangements and build schedules around the clinician, with a core 9:00 AM–5:00 PM window and adjustable start and finish times.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, supervise technicians, train families, and monitor data to ensure interventions stay effective.

Qualifications

• Must hold current BCBA certification in good standing and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with families, technicians, and partners in person.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations across the Kansas City metro.

Position Overview

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Kansas City: This is a fully in-person role working directly with clients and families across the Kansas City metro. We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, and we build the schedule around the clinician. A Schedule That Actually Flexes

Full-time is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with real flexibility on start and finish times. Part-time hours are built around your availability. If you are carrying another caseload, finishing supervision hours, or working around family commitments, tell us what you need and we will work with it. Flexibility here is a standing commitment, not a perk we mention once and forget.

What You'll Do
