Job summary

Hopebridge in Indianapolis is seeking a BCBA with a passion for pediatric autism therapy to join our multidisciplinary team. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, mentor RBTs and fellows, and collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists in a fully equipped center environment.

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states.

• You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs. You’ll also partner closely with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists each day to provide comprehensive and collaborative care in a fully equipped center environment.
