Hopebridge, located in Collierville, Tennessee, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans. This role involves mentoring RBTs and newly certified BCBAs and closely collaborating with occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists.

We use a collaborative, multidisciplinary model that includes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy. By combining these services, we create individualized treatment plans that help each child build skills, improve communication, and gain independence.
You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs. You’ll also partner closely with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists each day to provide comprehensive and collaborative care in a fully equipped center environment.
