Advanced Therapy Clinic is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise the ABA program. The role includes coordinating services, conducting assessments, and guiding treatment plans for children and adolescents.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with experience in functional analyses and adaptive life skills. Telehealth and in-person options are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.

• Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of behavior therapy programs and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCaBA and RBT staff and coordinate ABA services.

We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills.
