Advanced Therapy Clinic in Billings, MT seeks a BCBA to lead our growing ABA program. You will supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, coordinate services, and develop evidence-based ABA plans for children and adolescents. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and board-certified in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCaBAs and RBTs and coordinate ABA services.
• Conduct functional analyses, assessments, and behavior reduction procedures.

We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills.

Education and Requirements:

• Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.
• Certified by the National Board for Certification.
• Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Possess up to date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs.
