Job summary

SNFout is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina to oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

You will provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians, train families, and collaborate with educators, therapists, and the care team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care from day one.

Qualifications

• BACB certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Ability to meet NC licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.
• Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.

• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.

The team member will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
