Job summary

The organization seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct functional assessments, and develop individualized plans that drive meaningful progress.

You will supervise RBTs and staff, train families, collaborate with education and therapy teams, and ensure documentation and services meet BACB ethical standards and licensure requirements in North Carolina.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification with BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide strategies for generalizing skills outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other members of the client's care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
