Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs and supervise RBTs in North Carolina. The role involves overseeing assessments, treatment plans, data analysis and clinical guidance to the care team.

The BCBA will ensure ethical, regulatory, and insurance-compliant services while mentoring staff and training families to generalize skills across settings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide strategies for generalizing skills outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other members of the client's care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications
