Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and moving from seated to standing.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ongoing assessments to meet patients' needs.
• Communicates progress with supervisors, family, and care teams.
• Provides monthly schedules for appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinates home, work, and community-based visits for observations and data analysis.
• Ensures proper implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans.
