Little Acorn ABA in Ohio seeks a Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee and optimize individualized ABA programs for children with ASD. The hybrid role offers flexible scheduling and collaboration with a dedicated team.

You will develop behavioral plans, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate records while contributing to evidence-based practices. A BCBA certification and COBA license are required, with a strong commitment to growth and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Current COBA license.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavioral plans: collaborate with professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations: use evidence-based assessments to inform planning and measure progress.
• Maintain accurate records and reports: ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
