Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for pediatric clients in a hybrid remote setting. You will lead a team of behavior technicians, shaping care plans and ensuring high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field is required.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to empower them to make a lasting difference in children’s lives.
• Balance clinical care with scheduling and administrative tasks; coordinate with the rest of the clinical team.
