Job summary

Little Acorn ABA is seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee development and implementation of behavioral programs for individuals with ASD. This hybrid role accommodates part-time or full-time schedules in Ohio, with licensure eligibility and COBA prerequisites.

The supervisor will lead program design, conduct assessments, ensure documentation accuracy, and mentor staff while staying current with best practices in ABA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required; demonstrated competence in ABA principles and practices.
• BCBA certification with eligibility for Ohio licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA with individuals with ASD and their families.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for interacting with clients, families, and staff and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavioral plans: collaborate to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations using evidence-based methods to inform planning and measure progress.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in staff training and professional development to stay current with best practices.
