• Master’s or Doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education or child development is required.
• BCBA Certification is required.
• Crisis intervention training and skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a clinical consultant to clients, staff, families and external agencies to provide high-quality care.
• Develops behavioral programs addressing excesses and skill deficits with data collection and clear treatment objectives.
• Supports assessment, intervention, education and training to maximize clients’ functioning.
• Participates in collection, preparation and analysis of program data related to outcomes.
• Monitors progress toward goals and revises strategies and plans as needed.
