Job summary

ReMed , a Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Covington, LA, is seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide patient-centered care in our residential program.

You will develop behavioral programs, conduct assessments, supervise data collection, and collaborate with families and staff to improve outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment and team coordination within a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is required.
• BCBA Certification and knowledge of functional analysis are required.
• Experience with neurological disabilities and crisis intervention is preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, writing and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical consultant to clients, staff, families and external agencies.
• Develop comprehensive behavioral programs with data collection and objective definitions.
• Support behavioral assessment, intervention, education and training to maximize functioning.
• Collect, prepare and analyze program data related to outcomes.
• Monitor behavior plans and progress, adapting strategies as needed.
