Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years in Child Study field.
• NJ State Certifications required.
• Experience with young adults preferred.
• Background checks required prior to start.
• School-based experience with codes/regulations.
• Experience with time management and deadlines.
• Familiar with evaluations, therapy, and case management.
• Willing to obtain fingerprint clearance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavior by observing clients to identify challenges.
• Create individualized treatment plans to improve behavior.
• Set goals for client progress and outcomes.
• Monitor client progress and maintain records.
• Train and supervise staff in behavioral techniques.
• Conduct research to apply new interventions.
• Collect data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Develop materials and professional resources for staff.
• Manage caseloads and complete required documentation.
