Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking BCBAs for Passaic County with starting pay of $85/hour. The role involves assessing behavior, designing treatment plans, setting goals, monitoring progress, supervising staff, conducting research, collecting data, and managing caseloads across the educational and behavioral-health sectors.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, 2+ years in the Child Study field, NJ state certifications, and willingness to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years experience in Child Study field.
• NJ State Certifications required.
• Experience treating young adult populations.
• Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting.
• School-based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavior: observe clients to identify behavior challenges.
• Create treatment plans to help clients improve behaviors.
• Set goals for clients.
• Monitor client progress with detailed records.
• Supervise and instruct others in the field.
• Conduct research to apply new techniques.
• Collect data to assess treatment effectiveness.
• Develop materials and professional learning for staff.
• Manage caseloads and prepare required documentation.
