Job summary

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Contributes as IDT member with behavior expertise.
• Designs, trains, monitors behavior plans and reports.
• Conducts functional analyses and interprets results.
• Delivers direct behavioral treatment and coaching in multiple settings.
• Monitors restraint use and reduces as needed.
• Participates in committees and follows policies.
• Provides individualized services per specialty IC clinic requirements.
