Little Champs ABA in Draper, UT is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our team. You will assess clients, design and implement treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to deliver evidence-based ABA services.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and eligible for ongoing credential maintenance.
• Utah licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Create behavior intervention plans and monitor progress.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and other professionals to implement plans.
• Review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and adjust programs based on data.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for clients supervised.
