Job summary

First Day ABA Therapy in Michigan seeks a BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism and other special needs. You will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress with families and staff.

Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, training of behavior technicians and caregivers, and adherence to BACB ethics while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where required.
• Experience conducting ABA therapy assessments and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments to determine client needs and plan interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers.
• Collect, analyze, and track data to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
• Maintain confidential documentation and collaborate with families and clinicians.
• Support quality initiatives and ensure ethical, safe practices.
