Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead behavioral assessment and intervention programs for individuals with Autism. The role involves collaboration with school and home staff, designing evidence‑based plans, training caregivers, and monitoring progress with data‑driven methods.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA certification, a relevant master’s degree, and have experience conducting FBAs and Behavior Support Plans, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Licensed mental health clinician (various licenses) as applicable.
• Two years post‑Master’s experience providing behavioral treatment and assessment for children/adolescents.
• Experience conducting FBAs and creating Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience leading teams or serving as consultant.
• Ability to teach functional communication and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical behavioral consultation to staff, school professionals, and parents/guardians.
• Design and implement evidence‑based treatment and teaching plans; collect data and monitor progress.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure fidelity of interventions.
• Prepare and review written reports and treatment plans for clinical leadership.
• Complete supervision requirements and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Travel to client sites as needed and maintain professional licensure.
