Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to apply evidence-based assessments and interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. In this role you will collaborate with school staff, caregivers and families to develop and implement behavior support and skill acquisition plans, including FBAs, treatment plans and staff training.

Qualified candidates must hold current BACB certification, a relevant master’s degree, licensure in a mental health

Qualifications

• Must hold current BACB certification and licensure in a mental health discipline.
• Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• Two years post-master’s experience with children/adolescents including FBAs and behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based assessments and interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and families to develop and implement behavior support and skill acquisition plans, including FBAs and treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation to ensure high-quality, compliant services.
