Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization focused on ethical, person-centered ABA care for families impacted by autism. We seek compassionate BCBAs/BCaBAs to supervise staff and deliver high-quality services in home, school, and community settings.

You will lead supervision, create individualized plans, and collaborate with families while embracing flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within PBS.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Comply with BACB ethics and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
