Alt is hiring a BCBA or BCaBA for an in-person role in Virginia Beach, VA. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide direct therapy and family support.

Join a collaborative team, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. This part-time position requires relocation willingness and passes background checks.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy and commitment to client-centered care.
• CPR certification preferred; we’ll help get certified if needed.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on floor).

Responsibilities
