Alight Behavioral seeks an in-person BCBA to join our Virginia team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and conducting diagnostic evaluations.

Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilités

Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, adhering to best practices.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and records.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans.
Stay current with research and best practices in the field.
