Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBA or BCaBA clinicians for part-time clinical supervision with potential to grow into full-time roles. We are a growing ABA provider emphasizing clinician support, work‑life balance, and professional growth.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs, with telehealth supervision and monthly in-person visits. Collaboration with families and mentorship to BTs/RBTs are core goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active LARA License.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

About the Role:

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in‑home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well‑being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.
