T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBA/BCaBA clinical supervisors for part-time remote/hybrid roles with potential to grow into full-time positions. We support clinician autonomy, mentorship, and work‑life balance while delivering in‑home ABA services.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to meet client scheduling needs; we offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires and a collaborative team environment with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LARA License.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

About the Role:

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in‑home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well‑being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.
