T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center seeks passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs for part-time supervision roles with remote/hybrid options. We value clinician support, work‑life balance, and professional growth.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling. Supervisors provide telehealth sessions, monthly in-person visits, and mentorship to RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Join a collaborative team and grow as our in-home ABA program expands.

About the Role:

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in‑home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well‑being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.
