T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBA/BCaBA clinicians for remote/hybrid supervision roles in Michigan with flexible scheduling.

Positions are part-time with potential to grow to full-time as the company expands. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, provide telehealth supervision, and collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality ABA services.

Formación

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LARA License.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

About the Role

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being. Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs.

Supervision responsibilities include:

• Telehealth supervision.
• Monthly in-person client visits.
• Parent and caregiver collaboration.
• Clinical oversight and guidance for Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Flexible scheduling based on clinical and client needs.
