Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services.

The BCBA will design and oversee intervention plans, supervise staff, and work across home, school, and community settings to promote meaningful, lasting change. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Licensure, credentialing and certification requirements may apply locally and state-wide.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and handle physical tasks as needed.
• Create PBS-driven systems to meet client and family needs and outcomes.
• Develop an organization that attracts competent, enthusiastic professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
