PBS Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team delivering ABA services to families. You will design and oversee behavior plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services across home, school and community settings.

We value collaboration, work-life balance, and ongoing mentorship. A BCBA/BCaBA certification and related degree are required, with travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Relevant degree field related to ABA.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to achieve client and family outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
