Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a leading ABA provider seeking a BCBA to design and supervise individualized ABA plans across home, school and community settings. You will supervise team members, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality services following BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with a related degree.
• Licensure and certification requirements per state and local rules.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to client locations and engage with clients physically.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in diverse settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
