Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBA/BCaBAClinical Supervisors for in-home, remote/ hybrid supervision roles with flexible scheduling. Part-time positions offer potential growth into full-time and emphasize clinician support, work-life balance, and professional development.

Responsibilities include telehealth supervision, in-person visits, caregiver collaboration, and mentorship of technicians and RBTs, with strong emphasis on client progress and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated clinical, ethical, and professional standards.
• Ability to mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs and collaborate with families.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to staff.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Maintain documentation per standards.
