Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBA/BCaBA Clinical Supervisors for part-time roles with the potential to grow into full-time. We provide 100% in-home ABA services with remote/hybrid supervision and flexible scheduling to support clinician well-being and professional growth.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs. Join a collaborative team focused on meaningful client outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LARA License.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
