Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBA/BCaBA Clinical Supervisors for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time positions. This 100% in-home ABA provider offers remote/hybrid supervision and flexible scheduling to balance client care with clinician well-being.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to support scheduling needs, with a collaborative clinical and administrative team providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active LARA License.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
