Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBAs and BCaBAs for part-time clinical supervisor roles with remote/hybrid supervision opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LARA License.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
