Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Part-Time After-School Availability
There isn't just one kind of BCBA role at Interactive Kids.
Across our Linwood and Somers Point locations, we support clients from early childhood through adulthood, with opportunities spanning clinic, school, home, and community-based ABA services.
Right now, our biggest need is for part-time BCBAs and BCaBAs with after-school availability, but opportunities may be available across different programs and schedules. Whether you’re interested in a few afternoon hours, a larger part-time caseload, or a full-time role, we’d love to learn more about your experience and availability and explore where you may fit across our Shore programs.
Depending on your experience, interests, and availability, opportunities may exist within our:
Some clinicians have a clear favorite population. Others love the variety. We're interested in learning where you do your best work.
Your caseload will vary based on program and population, but Behavior Consultants may:
Our biggest current need is for part‑time consultants available during after‑school hours.
If you're already working elsewhere during the day, have a schedule that leaves your afternoons open, or simply aren't looking for a traditional full‑time position, this could be a great way to build a caseload that works for you.
We know BCBAs have options.
At Interactive Kids, we want clinicians to have the independence to do their jobs well without feeling like they're doing them alone.
Our Shore teams work collaboratively across programs. Consultants bounce ideas off one another, troubleshoot difficult cases, share resources, celebrate progress, and support the direct staff doing the work every day.
We take the work seriously, but we don't believe the workplace has to feel overly corporate or impersonal.
We work hard. We laugh. We problem‑solve. We help each other out.
Master's-level consultants working toward certification may also be considered based on experience and program needs.
One of the benefits of working across our Shore programs is variety.
Depending on current needs and your interests, your work may include:
Your role doesn't necessarily have to fit neatly into one box.
Support Without Micromanagement
Experienced clinicians need autonomy, but everyone needs people they can turn to. We aim to provide both.
A Collaborative Culture
We value people who share ideas, ask questions, support their teammates, and want to see each other succeed.
Meaningful Clinical Work
From a young child learning to communicate to an adult building greater independence, the goals may look different, but the impact matters at every age.
Professional Development
Continue building your clinical skillset through training, collaboration, supervision opportunities, and free/in‑house CEUs.
Flexibility & Variety
With multiple populations, programs, and service settings, there may be more than one way to build a role that works for you.
