Job summary

Interactive Kids, LLC is seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join the School Consultation Team. Based out of Cherry Hill, with placements in school districts across South Jersey, this full-time role offers $45/hour for BCBA and $40/hour for BCaBA.

You’ll lead behavior strategies in real-time, collaborate with educators and families, conduct FBAs, write BIPs, and support RBTs and ABA Therapists while attending IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification with strong school-based experience.
• Master’s degree welcomed for consultants.
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing school-implemented BIPs.
• Familiarity with IEPs, district protocols, and team meetings.

• Collaborate with teachers, CSTs, paras, and families across diverse school settings
• Train and coach school staff through modeling, observation, and consult meetings
• Supervise and support RBTs and ABA Therapists on your caseload

• Attend IEP meetings and serve as a behavior expert for your assigned districts
• Work 2 evening cases per week (home, community, or clinic-based)

At Interactive Kids, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be out in the field, leading behavior strategies in real-time, building relationships with educators, and helping students unlock their potential — one moment, melt-down, or breakthrough at a time.

What You’ll Be Doing

While our home base is in Cherry Hill, this role takes place in school districts throughout South Jersey — sometimes within a 35–40 minute radius. We offer travel stipends for certain districts and aim to make placements sustainable.
