Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Managerial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral interventions.
• Design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs.
• Provide training and manage team performance.

Skills

Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan

Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism

Effective oral and written communication skills

Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours

Fun, compassionate, and open-minded disposition

Education

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
