Job summary

Creed Medical Group in Baltimore is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, especially those with autism, using ABA principles.

This role involves direct therapy in homes, schools, and community settings, data-driven progress tracking, collaboration with families and professionals, and staff training.

Salary range $80,000–$140,000 with flexible scheduling; employment type can be W-2 or 1099 depending on arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles.
• Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
• Expertise in applied behavior analysis methodologies.
• Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs.
• Strong data collection skills for tracking client progress.
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
