Job summary

Lake Pointe Granbury is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, develop, implement and oversight behavior-analytic programs for individuals with autism and related differences. You will supervise RBTs/BTs, work with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure services are ethical, data-driven, trauma-informed, and aligned with payer requirements.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to balance client outcomes with staff

Qualifications

• Current BACB-certified BCBA in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas.
• Experience conducting assessments and supervising RBTs/BTs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and manage clinical priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs, skill-based assessments and other evaluations.
• Develop function-based treatment plans that are socially valid.
• Design and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Analyze data regularly to inform treatment decisions.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed based on client needs and funding requirements.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs/BTs per BACB requirements.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
