Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead and supervise RBTs, design data-informed treatment plans, and support families in achieving therapy goals. The role offers hybrid work options and the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across client sites.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certification, Utah LBA eligibility, and an advanced degree in ABA or psychology, with strong communication and travel willingness to visit client locations.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required from BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Utah or eligible before starting.
• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.

Your Role:

• Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
• Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs and progress.
• Support families with strategies and tools to foster success in and outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity and excellence in client care.

What You Bring:

• A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
