Job summary

ABS Kids in Washington state is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical ABA services for children with autism. The role offers flexible scheduling, local assignments, and a manageable caseload designed to support work-life balance.

You will join a mission-driven team with strong internal promotion, opportunities to mentor new BCBAs, and access to in-house CEUs, stipends, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or in progress)—new grads welcomed.
