Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a BCBA to join our team in Virginia Beach. You will provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism, guided by seasoned BCBAs and supported by comprehensive benefits and a strong local leadership team.

Enjoy a flexible schedule with no weekends, manageable caseloads, and opportunities to transfer across 20+ centers. ABS Kids emphasizes mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and a mission-driven culture that values your voice and expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or ABA.
• BCBA certification (or in progress) and eligibility for supervision.
• Commitment to ethical ABA services.
