Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a BCBA to join our team in Tucson, AZ. You will provide ABA services to children with autism, guided by a strong clinical framework and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

The role offers guaranteed first-year compensation of $102,000–$105,000 plus an uncapped monthly bonus plan, signing bonus or relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Flexible scheduling and local caseloads help you balance impact with life.
