Job summary

ABS Kids in Memphis, TN seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. You’ll work with families, design individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or in progress)
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA services
• Ability to work effectively with children with autism and their families

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and their families
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
