Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a BCBA to coordinate and deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients and families in North Carolina. The role includes analyzing behavior, coordinating assessments, and leading programming for junior analysts and DSPs in support plans, reporting to the clinical director.

The BCBA will supervise staff, oversee conduct of analyses, and ensure documentation aligns with Behavior Support Plans and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required or preferred.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in NC required.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals and families.
• Oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Report to the clinical director and maintain documentation for Behavior Support Plans.

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in
Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and
adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior
Support Plans.
