Job summary

MDS Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to coordinate and provide ABA services in North Carolina. The BCBA will help implement behavior support plans, supervise staff, and ensure documentation meets program standards.

Responsibilities include on-site client visits, writing treatment plans, supervising DSPs and associates, and reporting to the clinical director. Licensure in NC and a valid driver’s license are required so travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Driver's license (in good standing) required.
• Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC (LBA in NC) or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Going to client homes to deliver services.
• Write treatment plans for clients and families.
• Supervise clients and supervisee staff.
• Report to the clinical director on progress and challenges.

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in
Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and
adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior
Support Plans.
